Young Black & Brunch'n is an organization based in Atlanta, Georgia dedicated to creating spaces where black entrepreneurs are able to discover more black businesses, those who strive to support black businesses, and grow as young black professionals, usually over brunch. When Y.B.B. is throwing the party, you are as young as you feel! Though Young Black & Brunch'n was created with those twenty-somethings in mind, we do expand to audiences of all ages through collaborations with other organizations. We stand on the four pillars of our E.A.T.T. (Encourage, Acquire, Teach, Together) platform to create events that cultivate our goals of networking and collaboration.
Our founder, Ebony Jackson, birthed Y.B.B. as a means to highlight black excellence. For generations, the black community has used the term "Eat" or "Eatin" as a way to express that we are "getting to the money" if you will. It is undeniable that this generation of young black people not only enjoy brunch as a means of getting together, but also to flex their check! We show up to brunch as if we are in competition for best dressed and who can forget the wonderful feeling of being able to order the BOTTOMLESS Mimosas.

Ebony decided on the slogan "We E.A.T.T." to remind herself and her peers that by practicing the four pillars of E.A.T.T. we are sure to win not only as individuals, but as a community. Y.B.B. hosts workshops focused on personal and professional growth, pop-up shops, networking meetings, social gatherings, community outreach events, and so much more.

An Atlanta, Ga native with big dreams and a bigger heart. Ebony is the child of a legacy to be admired, the product of independent African centered Education, and a proud HBCU Alumna.
Ebony began her educational career at Florence Jackson academy, matriculated through Children of The Most High and became a HS graduate of, what is now, Tamu Sana Kanyama Preparatory Academy. It was during this time in her life that she developed an admiration for the strength in community. From becoming a student radio show coordinator to performing and volunteering across metro-Atlanta, Ebony has always found ways to serve the community that raised her.
In 2018, Ebony received her dual B.S. from Johnson C. Smith University in Sport Management and Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. During her tenure at JCSU Ebony found herself always brainstorming with friends about how to build a business that would bring young brilliant minds together to make a difference.
In 2020 it finally clicked and YBB was born! As the pandemic started to close and people needed to begin connecting again, Ebony was ready to present a solution. Today Ebony maintains her position as the Experience Director at Young Black & Brunch’n and hopes to “curate more spaces for young black professionals to experience true camaraderie and collaboration“.
The cherry on top! Aveion officially joined the team at YBB in 2023. As a friend and colleague to founder Ebony Jackson, Aveion was always a supporter of the mission, but decided to level up by taking on the title as Coordinator of Experience Design. With her eye for fashion and her ability to keep up with all of the latest decor trends, she is bringing more beautiful experiences to YBB daily!
Born in Newark, NJ and later moving to Southern Pines, NC, Aveion has seen a lot of the East Coast. As a proud daughter and stellar sister she has always set out to be a great example of how to overcome obstacles and create a path of success for yourself. Aveion graduated from Pinecrest HS, received her A.A. in Humanities & Social Science from Guilford Technical Community College in 2017, and went on to complete her B.A. In Psychology from North Carolina A&T University in 2018!
During her high school years, Aveion worked hard to not only maintain the grades of a scholar, but she also went a step above to see herself through cosmetology school. During her collegiate career Aveion was known amongst her peers as the go to for fashion advice or for help decorating a dorm room, party, or pageant.
In 2022 Aveion began to explore her more artistic talents with room design for friends and family as they decorated their homes and spaces. She has fallen in love with the endless options for giving a room a personality and hopes to begin a lasting career in fashion and design with YBB as her first home.
